At Mavingo Softwares, we prioritize your privacy and data security. This Privacy Policy outlines how MavingoPDF ("the Application") handles your information. The short version is: we do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data or your documents.
MavingoPDF is designed as a fully offline desktop application. All document processing—including merging, cropping, rearranging, stamping, and encrypting—happens entirely locally on your Windows device. Your PDF files and their contents never leave your computer and are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party cloud.
The Application does not collect, track, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII), usage telemetry, or analytics. We do not require you to create an account, log in, or provide an email address to use the software.
If you use MavingoPDF's security features to encrypt or decrypt a PDF, the passwords you enter are held strictly in your device's active memory for the duration of that specific task. They are instantly wiped from memory once the task is complete or the application is closed. We cannot recover lost PDF passwords for you because we never have access to them.
MavingoPDF utilizes the Microsoft Edge WebView2 runtime (a native Windows component) to safely render and display PDF files within the application. This rendering occurs locally on your machine in accordance with standard Windows operating system behaviors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our software or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page.
